Bluegrass Warrior is a reading site with tables and a few controls, and it is built to be usable by everyone: semantic headings in strict order, keyboard-reachable controls with visible focus, text that scales, and colour that never carries meaning alone — every band table encodes its point in symbols and words as well as colour.
The tables get particular attention, because they are where the site does its explaining. Each one has a caption saying what it is for, real row and column headers so a screen reader can announce a cell in context, and content that reads as words rather than as a picture — the band grid spells out boom, chuck, chop and roll instead of shading squares, and it scrolls sideways inside its own box so the page itself never does.
